the Keshet-AJFCA Leadership Project

The project is a year-long multi-phased program that gathers, trains, provides resources for, and supports Jewish institutions to become more inclusive of LGBT individuals and families.
The Project kicks off with the Keshet Leadership Summit, a dynamic, experiential day-long program designed to build the capacity of individual leaders on September 12th in Philadelphia.
Because institutional change doesn't happen overnight, the Project also includes follow-up support and training that helps Jewish leaders turn their LGBT inclusion action plans into reality. The Project is designed to impact the programming, policies, and organizational culture of Jewish institutions by supporting the leaders of those institutions to make sustainable change.
