Welcome
March Madness is here once again at Kubotek USA - in more ways than one. Besides the green-wearing, egg-dying and bracket-completing activities, we've been busy with our newest release of KeyCreator (version 11.5) with Dynamic Primitives, and a new version of ECO Manager (maybe not in time for this newsletter). We're also "on the road again" (go ahead, sing along with us). Our 2013 tradeshows and conferences take us to Georgia, Arizona, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois (twice), Massachusetts, Colorado, California (twice) and Minnesota. So why don't you come out and see us. We'd love a chance to meet and greet. All of our conferences and tradeshows are listed in the newsletter. If we can't see you in person, we still want to hear from, and work directly with, you. To learn more about what you want in your KeyCreator Direct CAD software, we are starting a series of surveys and discussions with our customers. If you haven't taken the first survey yet, please do so- the link is here in the newsletter. And watch for our first web meeting to discuss the results. We are working to make learning and using KeyCreator Direct CAD easier than ever. Check out our new video tutorials on Kubotek University. These step by step, concise new videos make your life easier and allow you to be as creative as you choose to be. Cyon Research Survey
Cyon Research is conducting its 2013 Survey of Users of Engineering Software. The focus is once again on software criteria. The survey takes about 45 minutes to complete. All users who complete the survey and choose to give their contact info will receive a copy of the $2000 report. |

Frequently Asked Support Question
Q. After installing the latest version of KeyCreator, I am getting a message that my license is for older versions. What do I do?
A. Select the "Register KeyCreator" shortcut from your Windows start menu. This will open the Licensing Wizard. Clicking the "Manage current license activations" button will display your licensing information. Click the "Upgrade" button and the wizard will update your license to run the current version of KeyCreator.
