The 2015 Crane & Rigging Conference Canada event is more than just lectures. The Nov. 9-10 conference in Edmonton, Alberta, includes panel discussions and interactive workshops so attendees can become engaged with crane and rigging regulators, safety experts, and consultants.

One such workshop a a hands-on accident investigation workshop led by Joe Kuzar, Industrial Training International's assistant technical director. Using sketches, witness accounts, sheriff's reports, and inspection documents, participants will analyze the root cause of a major overhead crane and rigging accident, as well as the poor and contradictory operating practices that conflict with the organization's policies and the local jurisdiction's laws.
