For the past two weeks our thoughts and prayers have been with those affected by Hurricane Sandy. Rosco employees and customers have been busy helping neighbors, organizing food drives and raising funds for those most affected by the natural disaster. Although Rosco was not severely impacted by the storm, some of our employees were, and we are pooling our resources to assist those employees as well as the region in general.
The Northeast is beginning the recovery from the severe wind damage and flooding caused by Sandy and the Nor'easter that followed. Power has slowly returned to dark city blocks, neighborhoods and streets. However, there are still many without power and more who have sustained permanent damage that will require many months of recovery. Subways and commuter trains have started moving on regular schedules, and fuel lines are slowly receding.
Rosco is very proud of its generous employees in giving of their time and money to help others in need while dealing with their own difficult situations.
