Cornhole Is Next- register now |
The first new Corporate Cup event in years takes place on April 16 when Cornhole makes its debut. The carpentry shop at Emmett O'Brien Tech in Ansonia has been working away for two months now to produce the premium boards pictured above, and they've even tested them out and report that they are excellent! If you like the boards, talk to us about getting your company logo embedded on one or more of the boards for next year's competition!

A new bonus - "Count Your Steps"
|
We also have a great new incentive to improve everyone's level of activity whether you will be running in June or not. We're giving away free pedometers for everyone in the Healthy Team event, everyone planning to run in June - or anyone who just wants to get more fit. This is a bonus point event for Healthy Team. You can earn up to 5 bonus points. Points will be earned for averaging the following number of steps from April 14 to May 17:
70,000 steps=5 pts 60,000 steps= 4 pts 50,000 steps-= 3 pts 40,000 steps = 2 pts 30,000 steps= 1pt And now it will also be a special bonus event for the Corporate Cup itself. Your company can earn up to 5 bonus points - one for each person (up to a maximum of 5 - not including healthy team participants) meeting the target level. Each company can have up to 10 people participate, but only the five best will earn points, and the team bonus will be whatever the lowest achieving member of the group of 5 earns. We'll have complete information and a registration form on the Corporate Cup website Thursday.
