Griffin Takes Early Corporate Cup Lead
Tom Hall, Kim Hall, Diana LaRock & Mike LaRock gave Griffin the win!
Griffin Hospital's Ballbusters team proved the old statement that "The last shall be first." when their late entry in the Corporate Cup Bowling Tournament proved to be the winning one. They were the last of 37 teams on the board when the tournament started, yet their total pin fall of 2228 was 25 better than CDWG's Strikers 2203 giving them first place honors. The result was in doubt right to the last game however as CDWG Strikers led by 1 pin 791-790 after one game. However, the Ballbusters moved on top by 3 with a 716 second game. They finished strong with a 722 third game to win the title.
