Snowy House
December 2012
Greetings from my house to yours!

We returned to some pretty winter scenes after the One of a Kind Show in Chicago this past weekend.  Just look at that view of Century Farmhouse from the end of my driveway!  I love this scene, especially later in the day when the light is fading and the windows glow in the snowy evening. (You will have to use your imagination, this photo was taken at 9AM)!

It is nearly the end of the year.  Some of us will be celebrating Christmas, some of us are already celebrating Hannukah, and there will be many more family celebrations as the year winds down and the daylight hours shorten here in the northern hemisphere - and lengthen in the southern.  The year's end is a time of reflection and of resolution, and I wish you all the warmth and joy of the season as you celebrate with your beloved friends and family.

Thank you for your kindness, support, and friendship.  Everywhere we went during the past year we were met with smiles, kind words, and enthusiasm, and that makes working with all of you so very worthwhile
and so much fun!

Warmth, Peace, &  Friendship,
Ann Marie

See us in FOLK!

HIS Soap - a new soap for men! Besides carrying one of our first full-color ads on page 68, the Holiday issue of FOLK Magazine features our HIS soap and shaving soap in their Holiday Gift Guide, page 112.

But that's not all!  You can get a glimpse of the philosophy and inspiration behind the design of our soaps.  The FOLK team invited me to guest-post on their blog, and you can not only read the post, but you can comment on it and your name will be entered into a drawing for the His bar and shaving soap pictured in the Gift Guide.  Comment by December 14.
