Dear SJC Alumnae,

We are pleased to announce the Fall 2015 issue of The Valley Echo has been mailed to all dues-paying members of our SJC Alumnae Association.  As in the past, we mail at the more economical non-profit bulk rate.  Sometimes, this results in several weeks delivery time because the existing workload in each post office determines when bulk rate mail is processed.
If you can't wait for the paper version, you may
view the online version now. From the online version you may also print any and all pages or download the entire issue as a PDF file to your computer.

As usual, the majority of the issue contains class news, thanks to the diligent work of our class agents.  But, wait, there's more!
  • A message from our SJCAA president, Karen Mattscheck '72
  • Introduction to our first recipients of the SJCAA Scholarship at Mount St. Mary's University
  • Legacy Award Recipient
  • News and photos from Reunion 2015
  • Reunion 2016 details so you can begin your planning or you can read them  at
We hope you enjoy this issue of The Valley Echo, whether on-line or when it arrives in your mailbox.  So that you will continue to receive all updates and news, please be sure to renew your dues and contact information with SJCAA

We plan to continue to provide The Valley Echo to all dues paying members.  However, some alumnae who wish to remain dues paying members but also want to help reduce costs have asked if they could opt-out of receiving a paper version of The Valley Echo.  If you wish to make that choice, just send us an email.

We are grateful for your continued encouragement and support.

Warm regards,

The Board of Trustees
