Masked Frog by Tom Whelan On the Costa Rica Macro Photography workshop, we have special access to photograph numerous color forms of eyelash vipers, parrot snakes, vine snakes, as well as some of the incredible frogs and small lizards in the collection of a friend of Greg Basco. It’s a remarkable opportunity to photograph beautiful creatures that are difficult to find in the wild. This masked frog was photographed at this special location in soft late afternoon light. Equipment Used: Canon 7DMkII, 300/4 L IS, 25 mm extension, f/8.
