Understanding Act 46 and What It Means For Schools

Watch Norwich School Board Chair Neil Odell and Hartland School Board Chair Bettina Read talk about Act 46 and its impacts on the community.

October Successes

We were staggered by the enthusiasm of participants and excellent quality of the Halloween-O-Thon film competition submissions this year. Check out the 2015 Halloween-O-Thon Premieres, if you dare.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for offering testimony in support of CATV and other public access stations as Comcast renews their contract with the state of Vermont.  We are so grateful for the tremendous support from our community, for the written testimony to the Vermont Public Service Board and for speaking or standing in solidarity with us at the hearing on October 21st.  Thank you!

Happy Thanksgiving from CATV!
