IIRC Certifications
Why It's Important
The IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. It was formed back in 1972, and was developed to promote high standards within the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry, and maintain excellence in communication and technical proficiency throughout the process.
Did you know that most of our technicians are certified with the premium IICRC? Our technicians achieve this certification by successfully completing classes and earning continuing education credits to maintain certification. Once certified, our customers can be assured that our technicians are trained in the most up-to-date techniques and procedures in the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry. Many of our technicians have this certification, and all of our Crew Chiefs are certified with both WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying).
In case you aren't sure what all of this means, it means we have the best of the best!

Play Ball!
Arizona Fall League
Opening Day of the Arizona Fall League season is one of the most favored times of the baseball calendar. The Arizona Fall League is an off-season league owned and operated by Major League Baseball which operates during the fall in Arizona at six spring training complexes. This League attracts many of the top prospects in minor league baseball to help some them fine-tune their skills. For many players, it is a spring board to the big leagues.
The main man behind the idea of the Fall League was baseball executive Roland Hemond. He had a vision that began the concept of teams working together to get to see promising athletes in action. The absolute best place for this was in the perfect fall climate Arizona offers.
From 1992 to today, each organization sends seven players to the League, making up a total of six Fall League teams. This year's Fall League begins on October 8 and will run through November 16 and are played at 5 different stadiums throughout the state.
It's a promising time for hopefuls and an extra bonus season for us die-hard baseball fans!

Customer Reviews
Keeping Customers Happy
We love making our customers happy -- and we have been busy doing that! Here are just a couple of reviews we received from some recent jobs:
"Fast response, crew was easy to work with and considerate of our situation. We were always able to get a quick response. they updated us on the condition of the problem. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. there were no damaged items once we got our belongings back."
"Honestly, I could not have asked for better or quicker help. The crew that came out late in the evening, assessed the mess, asked what I needed and wanted done and then set to work clearing the basement of all the contaminated material and then sanitized the area several times. They were courteous, friendly and helpful and willing to do anything I requested. I can't thank you all enough for acting so quickly and well to my clean-up needs."
Here's to many more happy Service Master customers!
