THE BRIDGE THAT BROUGHT YOU OVER

One should never forget

The bridge that brought you through

God should receive the praise

It was He that did this for you

He will never abandon

Or leave you alone

Praise Him in testimony

Praise Him in song

God loves us all

He will bring you through

Through your pains - hardship or sickness

That's just to name a few

Through the bad times and troubles

All through your day

The Lord will truly bring you through

In His own "special way"

Let us give the Lord the praise

For our salvation - He paid our fee

Humbly go to the Lord in repentance

For "Salvation" it is free

Especially when things are going great

With bright sunny days

That's when we need to get on our knees

Giving the Lord our God the praise
