Because of how this course is designed, you can participate and benefit regardless of other things you are doing. That's because our focus is quantum, not linear. This quantum way of being will be increasingly necessary in the years ahead as the pace of life quickens and we must adapt to a vast canopy of changes.
My own training and experience has taught me that there's a tendency when busy to reduce or shelve our spiritual practice - as though we have no time to get still and go within. In fact, those busy times are when we MOST need to continue our spiritual practice and deepen it. That's how we keep resourced and find the strength to do what we need to do.

The Art of Relating - new tools to master living in a world of relentless crisis, chaos, and uncertainty
Background:
Timed during the chaos, crisis, and uncertainty of these times - including the crazy US elections, increasing terror attacks (in places like Paris, Nice, Brussels, Orlando and San Bernardino), relentless threats of more terrorism and instability, public demonstrations and media/social media bombarded by hateful/discriminatory/exclusionary messages.
There is a different, more enlightened way to respond to the craziness of these times. The tools in this course will give you a set of vital skills and responses that are based on love and wholeness. It's no accident that those of us who see ourselves as divine changemakers are alive now. Our light and purposeful interactions with others steeped in fear can and will make a difference in what happens next.

- How to progress on your life path in these chaotic times; there is so much fear and uncertainty involved with living now; to do what one has come here now to do, brand-new tools are needed

- Getting so distracted by the world's ongoing feeling of unrest that it seems more challenging to move forward and epiphanies don't come as often about what you really want to be doing
- Avoiding self-sabotage that can arise when you aren't sufficiently skilled and spend time with people (or media input) who are immersed in drama or simply so caught up in 'who said or did what on the world stage' that they cannot see the higher view
Timing:
Course is timed to begin on Equinox weekend, the day after our Equinox Global Meditation - a very powerful window of time! Other energy factors: we will be at the tail end of weeks involving a combination of an extra-long Mercury Retrograde and two eclipses. More importantly, we will be sitting in moments of accelerating uncertainty and chaos due to global themes involving politics, injustices, violence, culture, and how we live on this small planet.
Being with us, you will have help and spiritual fuel for responding productively.
