The Clubhouse/Recreation Committee has again put together a fun filled event and activity schedule (click here for summer schedule). We hope you will join your fellow Chimney Hillers for these fun filled times.

 

Please note that all terrain vehicles (4 wheelers) and dirt bikes are not permitted on Chimney Hill roads, maintenance access roads or any trails in Chimney Hill (including the VAST trails and Wilmington hiking trails). Any persons violating this rule will be reported to the Wilmington Police Department and reprimands (including possible fines) from the Association. If you notice any of these violations please report them to the Chimney Hill office.

The committee would like to remind owners that any maintenance projects to the home need to be reviewed and approved by the Committee. This includes but is not limited to; painting/staining, window and door replacement, deck repairs, roofs, etc. In most cases just a letter to the office will be all that is required. If you are doing any work that involves new construction or changes the existing footprint of the property you will most likely need a Chimney Hill permit and Town of Wilmington zoning permit. This year's annual assessment was mailed to all Chimney Hill Owners on April 1, 2016. The association relies on these funds for the operation of the association and we hope you will mail in the assessment payment as soon as possible. Failure to pay your annual assessments by July 1, 2016 will result in interest charges retroactive to April 1, 2016.
