New Services

May 1st starts the new service year.  Please sign up now to avoid an interruption in rubbish service.  The bears are out and are looking for a free lunch.  Remember to latch your bins and put the flag up for pick-up.

Welcome Spring (and Our New Fiscal Year)
 
Spring is in the air and we are looking forward to a wondrous spring, summer and fall season after a less than cooperative winter.
 
April 1, 2016 begins the Association's new fiscal year. Your new assessment statement and service list have been mailed to you and we appreciate your prompt payment. If you subscribe to Chimney Hill services our new service period begins on May 1. There are many options to choose from and you will find that combining services will offer you the biggest savings. Please note that you will not be billed for services and payment must be received before any service begins.
Annual Meeting 2016
 
On May 28, 2016 the Association will be holding its 41st Annual Meeting of Members. The Notice of Annual Meeting will be mailed to all owners, in good standing, in mid-April. The Notice will contain this past year's financial information and the 2016/2017 fiscal year budget, committee reports and ballots for matters concerning membership vote. If you are planning on attending the meeting in person please bring the admission pass (included in the mailing).
 
If you do not plan to attend the meeting in person please mail in your ballots to be received by our office by May 27, 2016 (a postage paid ballot envelope is included in the mailing). The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM at the Clubhouse and later that day we will be holding a pot luck dinner at the Clubhouse which is a great event to meet the Board of Directors and your fellow Chimney Hill owners. A full agenda for this Memorial Day weekend is included in the mailing.

40th Commemorative Merchandise
 
Chimney Hill 40th Anniversary Commemorative coffee mugs and stemless wine glasses are now available for purchase. Coffee mugs are $ 6.00 each (or 4 for $20) and wine glasses are $5.00 each (or 6 for $25). And don't forget to get your 40th t-shirts and bags while they last. All 40th Commemorative merchandise can be purchased at the Chimney Hill office.
