This session will focus on the various emotions, stresses and moral dilemmas that an individual must deal with and how they relate to Moral Injury. Register for this webinar.  Parish Nurses' 23rd Annual ConferenceThe 23rd Annual Concordia Conference for Parish Nurses and Congregational Health Ministries will be held on Wednesday, May 27, and Thursday, May 28, at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, Wisconsin. The theme is "Stand Up, Stand Up For Jesus: Let all the Faithful Serve Him." If you need information, please email Pat Couch at 708-799-6770. There are no regular Parish Nurse mentoring meetings in either May or June.

 Rural and Small Town Outreach EventAttend the Rural and Small Town outreach event being held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1045 Belvidere Rd, Belvidere, on Saturday, May 30, at 8 a.m. (registration) until 3 p.m. for the Engaging Your Community Event (EYC). The cost per participant is $25. If desired, you may make overnight reservations on your own in the Belvidere, Illinois, area. NID Officers Installation ServiceAll are welcome to attend the installation service for the newly elected NID officers, Sunday, June 7, 3 p.m., in the Chapel of Our Lord at Concordia University, Chicago, 7400 Augusta Street, River Forest. Preacher for the service and appointed installer for the district president will be NID Vice President Rev. Mark Schulz. (The Synod president and all Synod vice presidents were previously scheduled for that day so the Synod office recommended using our NID first vice president as installer.) Following the installation of Rev. Dan Gilbert as district president, he will assume the role of installing the other elected offices, including all of the circuit visitors. - Be informative.
- Use the language of the community, and be consistent with the language you usually use yourself, with which your followers are familiar.
- Imitate the style of newspaper headlines.

- Use words that express positive or negative sentiment.
- Refer to other people, not just yourself.
