Imagine waking up most days being happy with who you are; your life; even your job.  It is possible! 

Being happy is different than feeling happy.  Feeling happy is a temporary mood.  For example, you can feel happy when you make a purchase or indulge in your favorite food.  But how happy are you after the excitement from that splurge has diminished?

Do you still possess a positive outlook about yourself; your life; or your job?  If you are truly a happy person, you will live in a state of contentment. This does not mean that you will not have tough times or negative emotions.  You will.  It means that you do not stay stuck in a negative, unhealthy state.  You bounce back and make lemonade! No matter what tough circumstances you are facing, you can get happy.  You are in control of your life!
