"It's never too late to cook up a great life!"  This is the mantra that Stampahar says when she needs to bounce back and find passion in her life.  With a high school dropout past to earning a college degree in her mid-thirties, Stampahar evolved into a motivational speaker.  Her desire to make a difference in the lives of others encouraged her to expand her platform to reach as many people as possible. 

Stampahar and Underwood completed the MCA-TV Volunteer Training Course in summer 2013 and quickly became involved with the station as dedicated volunteers. Within a few months after training they completed a show treatment and script, organized guest interviews and produced their first MCA-TV original series.

"When Nancy Stampahar approached me with the concept of the show I was eager to collaborate with her on this journey," says Underwood.  "I agreed to be producer of Life in Nancy's Kitchen because I believe that there is a need in society to empower and encourage one another.  My hope is that people will tune in each week to be inspired and discover new recipes for life."
