Dishin' Respect with Nancy's Rosemary Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Steps and Ingredients:
1. In a glass casserole dish, mix olive oil, red wine (cheers to you!), crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, sea salt and pepper.
2. Roll pork in marinade and "smoosh" the ingredients all over like a rub. Let chill for a while...you too, take a little "me-time".
3. Depending on your resources, grill, roast or sauté. Pork should be served at 160 degrees. 4. Slice, enjoy and feel better about yourself for making the world a kinder place.
