SolidLine Logistics: Crew Work 8 Cities in 2 Weeks

We weren't lying when we said We Put It On Video. The SLM crew has definitely put in their travel time this month, having filmed in 8 different cities within a couple of weeks. You can check out the details in our Logistics Schedule below to the left, but just to give you an idea, the SLM crew touched down in Michigan, Florida (twice), Indiana (twice), Nevada, California, Ohio, and Minnesota. While on the road, the crews managed to film at two different conferences and edit several videos onsite, shoot a live broadcast that was watched by over 100,000 viewers, and film safety training footage that we'll be editing in the coming weeks. We all had fun coming together and making all these great things happen for our clients, but dang... We need a nap!

"The logistics planning that goes into these busy weeks is just unreal," states Greg Vass, Executive Producer at SolidLine. "Booking the crew's travel, lodging, and transportation is one part of the puzzle, but figuring out the logistics of our gear is the ultimate challenge. Fortunately, SolidLine is a team -- we work well together, and everyone pitched in to make sure we had what we needed. These past couple of weeks wouldn't have been possible without our amazing crew!"

SLM Produces AOF Honors for 9th Year in a Row

SolidLine recently had the pleasure of working with the American Osteopathic Foundation to produce videos for their Honors event for the 9th year in a row. This year, Honors 2015 was held in Orlando, FL where AOF benefactors, award & grant recipients, family and friends gathered in black tie to celebrate another great year for the Foundation and all its contributions to supporting the osteopathic profession through scholarships and grants. With 10 videos totaling 40 minutes of content debuted throughout the night, we are excited to share that the event went off perfectly, and the audience was completely engaged in watching our stellar videos!

"It's amazing how SolidLine sets the bar higher every time we work together," states AOF Executive Director, Steve Downey. "We know we can rely on them -- they're not just a group of folks who produce videos; they're a partner in ensuring our Honors event is a success every year."

ASUG Keeps SLM Busy at TechEd

We're lucky to have awesome clients like ASUG that keep our pipeline full with rewarding projects. This month, ASUG sent us to Las Vegas where we filmed and edited six onsite videos within four days. The videos were filmed at the annual SAP TechEd conference, where IT professionals gathered at the Venetian for educational sessions and collaboration opportunities. Having all these videos come together in such a short amount of time is one of the most fun parts of our job. Check out a couple of the videos we produced below!
