SolidLine Celebrates 13th Birthday
That's right folks, SolidLine is one year older and still going strong. Last week, we celebrated our 13th birthday in true SolidLine fashion: stuffing our faces with cupcakes and ice cream. But our day of birth isn't just a reason to load up on sweets and immediately hate ourselves, it's also a time for a nostalgic walk down memory lane. You may not know this, but SLM started as an idea between two friends in an Iowa apartment, and over the course of 13 years has grown into one of the top video production companies in Chicago. We're proud of the awesome videos we've produced, our wonderful roster of clients, and, of course, our slew of talented staff!

SLM Debuts AHRMM14 Video in Orlando
This month, another SolidLine-produced video debuted on huge screens down in Orlando . The Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management (ARHMM) wanted a video to kick off their member conference, and SolidLine certainly delivered an attention-grabbing, fully animated & fun production. The theme of the conference was "Reignite Your Imagination," so the video needed to set the tone of encouraging conference-goers to think outside of the box and use their imaginations like they did when they were kids. Our crew had a blast producing the video, which was a hit at AHRMM14, and it looked great on the big screens. Make sure you check it out via the play button below!
"This year we set out to kick off the AHRMM annual conference with a call to action, to get our members to reignite their imaginations and start to think differently about the healthcare supply chain," exclaims Debbie Sprindzunas, AHRMM Executive Director. "SolidLine was amazing to work with during the entire creative and development process. They created a unique and fun animated video concept that certainly made this imagination come to life. The production set the tone for the entire week and was a perfect intro to the conference!"

Now Accepting Resumes for Internship
Over the past several years, SolidLine's internship program has become quite popular with students across the country. The three & a half month full-time program is a rigorous exposure into the production business and comes with great responsibility. SLM interns are on the front lines of production and not just sitting around making coffee for the rest of the crew. They travel the world for on-location shoots, assist with editing, and learn what it takes to produce a video from start to finish while running a successful business in the Chicago loop.
SLM is currently seeking solid candidates for the Fall 2014 session. If you know someone who may be a good fit, please check out the Intern PDF and our blog. Shoot us an email at interns@solidlinemedia.com to set up an interview!
