Beta Theta Pi spent their spring break visiting children at local hospitals.This event is part of their Heroes for Hope project.

Register Now for The Big Event!

 

The Big Event is UT Arlington's annual student run community service event. They have had over 1000 volunteers who participate to help make a difference in our community. Filing for Campus Elections!

 

Applications are now available for Campus Elections!  Open positions include Student Congress President, Student Congress Vice President, Student Congress Senators, Mr. UTA, Ms. UTA, UTA Ambassadors, and Student Service Allocation Committee Representatives.

 

For applications, please visit the Student Organizations office in Suite B120 in the lower level of the University Center.

The deadline to file for the positions is Thursday, March 27 at 5PM

Applications accepted for First-Year Experience Peer Leaders

 

The Division of Student Affairs is recruiting involved student leaders to serve as Peer Leaders for the new First-Year Experience course for the fall 2014 semester. 

 

The FYE course is required for all first-time, full-time freshmen. The course orients students to life on campus and assists in the transition to college. Peer Leaders assist with class activities and discussion, serve as a resource to the students in the class, share their love for UT Arlington, and encourage students' campus involvement and engagement.

 

Peer Leaders will receive $500 in compensation in fall 2014. Visit the First-Year Experience website, and view the Peer Leader Information page. Applications are due Sunday, March 30.
