Carmella Rose Health Foundation is excited to be a consortium partner of the Ohio Association of Foodbanks, which was recently awarded a $1.9 million grant by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to support health insurance navigation programs. Through this program, our community navigators will be working with the Ohio Association of Foodbanks to help uninsured Cleveland-area residents enroll for health care coverage as part of the new Health Insurance Marketplace.
