You're invited! Please join the Carmella Rose Health Foundation as we celebrate patient navigation and recognize Cleveland City Councilman Joe Cimperman for his work with the Healthy Cleveland Initiative. 

Our Ninth Annual Fundraiser will be held on Friday, Oct. 11, 2013 at the Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square, 1260 Euclid Ave. in Cleveland.
