American Tackle Company completed its first China Fish exhibition to HUGE success making an impact felt around the world.
China Fish, held in Beijing China, is the world's largest international fishing tackle trade show, hosting manufacturers, tackle brands, designers and buyers from every continent. The perfect venue for AT's Global Network to shine.
AT's booth was fully staffed with personnel from US operations as well as both the European and Weihai branches. A constant flow of visitors meant American Tackle remained incredibly busy every moment of the show with product introductions, rod design meetings, TV interviews and "MicroWave Challenge" demonstrations.

Many rod brands connect with their suppliers at this show. American Tackle already meets with designers and brand executives in-country or at specific trade shows abroad, however China Fish is the ideal place to illustrate AT's value to each facet of the chain of goods. It provides an opportunity to meet with clients as well as with their factory contacts about supplying components for their rods. AT's global team can assist in product conception, design, supply and even the eventual marketing of fishing rods.

MicroWave guide rods were displayed in many rod factory booths. American Tackle partnered with several factory participants in giving MWG introductions and demonstrations to clients and factory personnel. This is part of AT's strong commitment to servicing the Asian manufacturers for both their export as well as launching products oriented toward China's growing domestic market.
Live MicroWave rod demonstrations were held continuously during show hours and on into the evening in front of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Nothing can match the first impressions of a test caster
comparing a MWG rod to a standard guide rod. Many repeated the "challenge" several times while bringing associates and customers along to cast as well. This activity was so popular that it drew a crowd to cast the Microwave Rods even in the falling snow! The MicroWave Line Control System made big impressions in the international community (show officials reported their amazement that the MWG's placed an unofficial 3rd in the show's "Most Innovative Product" while being relatively unknown).
The "MicroWave Challenge" made believers out of every caster who took a few minutes to experience the future of spinning rods. Many designers and brand executives declared that "they will be the first to introduce the MWG's into their country!"
