Message from the Chair
I know that you are watching your mailbox, waiting for the opportunity to vote all the down your ballot and return it as soon as possible, but we have an opportunity to wave our signs in the CSU Homecoming parade while we're waiting to vote. This year, all registered voters will receive a ballot in the mail and they will arrive at the same time as Jared, Jeni, Joann, and Kathy will be greeting all of our friends in the CSU community. Letting all of our friends know how important our state and local offices are is what we're doing here and we should be down by 5:15. Please join the parade by showing up at the corner of Sherwood and Oak, 4:00 pm sharp, on Friday October 17th.
At the parade and after, we'll be asking everyone to Vote and Volunteer. Our volunteer phone banks are almost ready so find a little time to chase ballots and make sure everybody votes for all of our great Democratic leaders. Call 689-6391 or email GOTV@larimerdems.org.
--William Russell

"The personhood bill, congressman, is a bill. It's not a statement. If it became law, it would ban all abortions and it would ban most common forms of contraceptives. Coloradans deserve the truth from you. You have to really give a straight answer."
--Senator Mark Udall, at last night's debate.
