Message from the Chair
I'm looking forward to seeing everybody Saturday afternoon in Dian Sparling's backyard for our 2014 Annual picnic. We're going to add a new chef to the mix, serve New Belgium beverages, and cut up  some peaches and melons this year. This is a great season for Colorado produce and it's easy to  celebrate our farmers and local producers this first Saturday of September.
We're also going to spend some time with an inspiring team of Democratic constitutional candidates. Don Quick, Joe Neguse, and our very own Betsy Markey will be joining us on Saturday. These candidates are running statewide races on very tight budgets and holding their own. They're going to need your help, please show up and get to know them.
The 2014 mid term election will be over in two months and the picnic is the best place to connect with our federal, state and local campaigns. The time is right to stop by and make sure that we are standing up for our families this fall.
--William Russell

"I look forward to Congressman Gardner's next ad, in which I can only
assume he will take credit for teaching Peyton Manning how to throw."
--Udall for Colorado Spokeswoman Kristin Lynch
