Message from the Chair

Senator John Kefalas will be hosting his traditional community outreach this Saturday. This is an excellent chance for you to engage your hardworking Colorado Senator and discuss this year's legislative session. Please see the details below and show up with your questions.

On January 25th, our next Colorado State Treasurer, the Honorable Betsy Markey, will be attending a fundraiser in the home of Councilwoman Lisa Poppaw. See the details below and join our Larimer women leaders in bringing transparency to Colorado government.

For those of you that have responded so generously to our Century Club Dial and Dine call nights, thank you and we will be having some special Century Club events soon to show our appreciation. Our Executive Committee will be calling again next Tuesday. You can pick up the phone and say, "What a great idea! Sign me up!" next Tuesday or go to www.LarimerDems.org right now to donate to our 2014 election efforts.

--William Russell

"...What we showed the world is: Colorado does not shut down. Colorado does not quit. Colorado does not break...But make no mistake--the state of Colorado has not only endured, it also has thrived. My fellow Coloradans, despite every unforeseen test, despite everything that was thrown at us.. the state of our state is strong."
--Gov. John Hickenlooper
