Message from the Chair

Thursday is going to gorgeous and I can't wait to play ball with Congressman Jared Polis. We're hosting a little fundraiser for our home team, the Larimer County Democrats, at The Edge Sports Center, at 5:30, August 29th. Come out and help our hardworking Representative relax with a leisurely softball game. And a dog. Peanuts. Popcorn. A cold one. Bring your mitt or a lawn chair; this is going to be one of our best happy hour events.

Also find details below for a house party for Betsy Markey, Larimer County's candidate for Colorado State Treasurer. Please support our efforts to bring transparency, honesty and equality into our state government.

We're finishing our preparations for the Larimer County Democrats Annual Picnic on September 14th. We will have more details about our guests in the next week, but there are more early announcements from Democratic candidates than ever before. Mark the date and buy your tickets soon. Go to www.LarimerDems.org.

"I don't want to play golf. When I hit a ball,
I want someone else to go chase it."
