Message from the Secretary
Congress may be in their August recess, but Larimer County is full of activity! Our electeds are working hard. U.S. Congressman Jared Polis is hosting town halls throughout Larimer County during August recess. Senator John Kefalas and Representative Joann Ginal are hosting a Community Conversation on Saturday, August 17. Our candidates are also working hard this August. Join Betsy Markey and learn about her campaign for Colorado Treasurer at house parties, and join Rep. Joann Ginal to celebrate her birthday. August isn't all about work, it is also time to have some fun. New West Fest is coming up soon, and we could use a few additional volunteers to help us staff our booth. New West Fest is always a fun event to volunteer at. And, at the end of the month, you are invited to join Congressman Jared Polis and your Larimer County Democrats for a fun, friendly softball game. --Anne Wilseck
