Message from the Chair
Happy New Year! I hope everybody had a great holiday season and is well rested. Our new State Senator Kefalas, Representatives Fischer and Ginal, took their oaths of office today in Denver. This Saturday is their first Town Hall meeting as your new representatives. Please see the details below and show up for your new team.
Alex Steele has come back to Larimer County to organize for the Inaugural Day of Service. He needs your help. Check the details below and remember... It's MLK day too.
Now that it's 2013, we are officially in the next cycle. The Larimer County Democrats will be meeting for their Central Committee meeting on February 9. The Colorado Democratic Party will convene it's
Central Committee and Annual Dinner on March 2nd. Our Congressional District 2 Central Committee will meet on March 2nd as well. And Larimer County Democratic candidates are starting to plan for their victories in November of 2014. We'll publish all the details at the right time, but please answer your phone and get in on the ground floor. Forward.
--William Russell

"I'm proud of our many successes in this past election, and I hope to help our party build on that success. Our momentum from the past two years is tremendous: a tipping-point win for President Obama, holding the state Senate while dramatically taking back the House majority, and successfully calling for competitiveness to help define our legislative districts. We have important elections in 2014 that will direct our state's future, and Democrats will do everything possible to share our vision for moving Colorado and the country forward."
--Colorado Democratic Party Chairman Rick Palacio
