EVENT RAISES $43,000+ FOR KOP-BID PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Through generous corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, vendors, a raffle and merchandise sales, Beerfest Royale 2016 was able to generate just over $43,000 in net revenue for KOP-BID. All proceeds from Beerfest Royale are used by KOP-BID for physical improvements throughout King of Prussia, like landscape medians and signage. This year, KOP-BID installed nearly 1,000 linear FT of landscaping at the major highway interchange/entrance to KOP between Route 76 and Route 202. The five-year fundraising total for Beerfest Royale is over $120,000!

354 POUNDS OF FOOD DONATED TO LOCAL SHELTER
New this year, KOP-BID partnered with Montgomery County's Fiorenza's Food for Friends (F4). F4's mission is to connect sources of goods to local recipients in need. At Beerfest Royale 2016, KOP-BID coordinated with participating restaurants to rescue 354 pounds of food at the close of the event to donate to Coordinated Homeless Outreach Center, a local shelter in Norristown. This donation equates to 354 meals for those in need.
