With the growth and success of the organization's programming during the first two years, KOP-BID Board Members and staff felt it was time to declare a more permanent stake in the community that the organization serves. 

KOP-BID focused on utilizing King of Prussia-based businesses or businesses with a King of Prussia branch location to help build-out and furnish the new office space. Those companies include:

• Release recommendations for revised zoning code language for the King of Prussia business park and DeKalb Pike corridor 

Tax Policy

• Release Phase III of Tax Study Report by ECONSULT that will provide specific recommendations for improving KOP's competitiveness in the Region

SEPTA announced new public meetings regarding the King of Prussia  Rail Project.

On Monday, January 13, 2013, SEPTA announced a series of Public Meetings regarding the King of Prussia Rail Project. The project involves a proposed extension of the Norristown High Speed Line (NHSL) into the King of Prussia area. The meetings will begin at 4 pm with Open House Plans Displays, followed by a 6 pm Presentation and 6:30 pm Workshop Session/ Discussion. The meeting will be held at the following locations:

• Tuesday, January 29: Valley Forge National Historical Park
  Education Center - 2nd Floor of the Visitor's Center
  1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia PA 19406
