Before a vaccine is ever given to people, extensive lab testing is done that can take several years. Once testing in people begins, it can take several more years before clinical studies are complete and the vaccine is licensed.

| Smallpox Vaccine (Ages 18-40) |
 Rapid Medical Research is looking for healthy volunteers, ages 18-40, to participate in a clinical research study for an investigational smallpox vaccine. Qualified participants will receive study-related vaccines and exams at no cost. Compensation is provided for time and travel.

| Have You Gotten Your Flu Vaccine Yet? (Ages 50+) |
 Rapid Medical Research is looking for volunteers, ages 50 or older, to participate in a flu vaccine clinical research study. If you or someone you know is 50 or older and has not gotten their flu shot this season, please contact us to learn more at 888 460-2275 or 216 682-0320.
Qualified participants will receive study vaccine and study-related exams at no cost. Compensation is provided for time and travel.

| Meningitis Vaccine Trials (Ages 6-25) |  Rapid Medical Research is looking for healthy volunteers, ages 6-25, to participate in a clinical research study for a Meningitis vaccine. Qualified participants will receive study-related vaccines and exams at no cost and compensation for time and travel. |
Do You Have Type 2 Diabetes? Have You Had a Hepatitis B Vaccine? | |
People with type 2 diabetes have higher rates of being infected with hepatitis B than people without diabetes. In the USA, doctors now recommend that all people with diabetes up to age 60 should get a hepatitis B vaccine.
You may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study for a hepatitis B vaccine at RMR if:
- you are 20 years of age or older
- you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within the past 5 years
- you have never had a hepatitis B vaccine
- you have never had a hepatitis B infection
All qualified participants will receive study vaccine and exams at no cost and be compensated for time and travel.
