Greetings!
A few things to remember about tomorrow evenings event:
1) We will not have access to our banquet room until 5:45. Should you arrive early, there is room at the bar to wait.
2) it is a cash bar for the evening.
3) Dinner will be served at 6:15 pm
4) You will have assigned table numbers. when you arrive walk straight back past the bar until they see a table outside our ballroom. You will check in there.
5) It is all you can eat upon request...do not be shy...if you want more of something ask for it. (there will be the ability to take leftovers home at the end of the night so don't worry about waste)
6) If you still owe a check for the evening, please bring it with you.
7) There is sometimes there is traffic in that area that time of day---plan accordingly
