Our process facilitates capturing what's most important to you in your own words.    

The beauty of this is that we are not lighting a fire under you - you are lighting a fire under yourself.  These are your values in your own words.   We are just facilitators of a process.

How do we do this?   We facilitate a conversation that documents the "why behind each tangible goal".  Your innermost passions, which we refer to as "values" must drive the goal creation.

This is especially helpful and powerful for married couples because you hear each others values in your own words, which draws you to a better understanding of each other.  

Examples* of the differences between goals and values:

Goal name: "Help for College". 

Description: for each of our 4 children, provide an average of $50,000 per child of tuition and/or housing assistance.  The planning date is the 19th birthday of each child.

Values: "As a commitment to each other and our faith in God, we are called to raise loving and educated children who as adults will lead love-filled families and make a significant positive difference in the world.
