The U.S. News & World Report under the section of Health Rankings & Advice has named Cusco as 'Best Place to Visit' and the 'Best Affordable Vacations' spot in Central and South America, Peru's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism (Mincetur) Magali Silva noted.

Peruvian President Ollanta Humala Tasso said today he expects Peru to be "among" South Korea's 20 main trade partners because the "country meets the requirements to achieve this goal."
During the South Korea-Peru Business Forum, held in the framework of the official visit paid by South Korean President Park Geun-hye to Peru, Mr. Humala highlighted the "integration mechanisms" put in place, which led to increasing the bilateral trade by five times.

Trade between Peru and South Korea totaled US$2.601 billion in 2014, and it is expect to continue on the "upward trend" thanks to the benefits provided by free trade, the Chairman of the Lima's Chamber of Commerce, Jorge von Wedemeyer, said
