The Brazil Road Show 2015, organized by inPERU Association, will gather more than 200 businessmen in Sao Paulo today, with the aim of positioning Peru as an attractive investment destination, underpinning growth and boosting its economic development.

Tourists from Chile find Tacna to be a prime tourist destination for its proximity and cheap attractions including fairs and markets.

The Chamber of Tourism of Tacna reported that from January to February of this year, more than 617,000 Chilean tourists spent about US$ 14 million while exploring in Tacna.

Chilean financial services holding Grupo Security will enter Peru through the acquisition of local insurance company Protecta.

Grupo Security's move follows that of several other Chile-based insurers that have expanded into the Peruvian market in recent years.

Peruvian Paolo Guerrero has become the leading goalscorer of Corinthians soccer team. Last night, he won this title. Corinthians beat Uruguayan soccer club Danubio (2-1) in a 2015 Copa Libertadores Tournament's match, held in Montevideo (Uruguay). Guerrero scored in the 71st minute. Brazilian media did not hesitate to applaud and highlight the Peruvian striker's  great feat.
