 Peruvian fish exports generated US$ 412.7 million in revenue in August this year, up 13.5 percent from the same month in 2012, when its value was US$ 363.4 million.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki- moon will leave New York on Sunday for Lima, Peru to attend a conference on industrial development, UN spokesman Martin Nesirky told reporters here Tuesday
The UN chief will attend the opening session of the 15th General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on Dec. 2, Nesirky said at a daily news briefing, adding that this marks the first time in 20 years that the UNIDO General Conference will take place outside of its headquarters, Vienna, and in a developing country.

 The Rural Development Administration of Korea opened an agricultural research center of the Korea Project on International Agriculture in Lima, Peru, Tuesday.
