Rabbi Uri Regev is one of the most important figures in Israel political life. He will speak about the upcoming Israeli elections, pluralism and freedom of religion in Israel today.
An attorney and internationally recognized expert on religious freedom and equality in Israel, Rabbi Regev is founding president of Hiddush, a non-denominational and non-partisan Israel-Diaspora partnership that advocates for religious freedom and equality in the Knesset and the courts. Hiddush's work is rooted in our commitment to and deep love for Israel and the belief that fully realizing the promise of religious freedom will strengthen Israel as a democracy and a Jewish state, and will go far in building affinity and commitment to Israel among world Jewry.
