Record Water Flows and Poop Alert    

 

Spokane River flows hit record levels in mid-March, with water running at more than three times the average for this time of year. At the same time, Tensed, ID was forced to send untreated wastewater (poop alert) down Hangman Creek, a Spokane River tributary. Both Spokane River Keeper and the Forum received lots of questions which, as Bart Mihailovich writes, ranged from "GROSS" to "WTF" to "why aren't you doing something to hold them accountable."
