Stories of Triumph: Carli Dean
A former Pals teen mentor, Carli Dean is continuing to give back to the community with the Peace Corps and the Boulder County AIDS Project.

Just as we are always proud of our YouthZone kids when they become successful young adults, we are equally thrilled when the young mentors that work with YouthZone continue to thrive as they enter college and careers.  Carli Dean, who volunteered as a teen Pals Mentor in 2006, is a remarkable young woman whose dedication to community and humanity have given her incredible life experiences that are paving the way for her new career. Hank Bosco Day on April 17

Glenwood Hot Springs Pool is declaring April 17 as Hank Bosco Day!  In honor of Henry "Hank" Bosco, former president and chairman of the board of the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, the Pool is donating 25% of the day's receipts to YouthZone - Hank's favorite local charity.

In 1956, he was one of 22 businessmen that purchased the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool and served on its Board of Directors; in 1976 he became the General Manager. Bosco served as President until 2012 and Chairman of the Board until resigning in February 2015. This milestone ends 59 years of involvement with the Pool.

We encourage everyone to spend some time at the Hot Springs Pool on Friday, April 17 and show your admiration for Hank, as well as your support of YouthZone!
