We, at Queen Vacuum, do NOT make it typical practice to disparage any product, brand or other business. We know we're not perfect, nor do we serve the need of every consumer (although we work hard to fill our particular niche very well!) But we are entitled to our own professional observations and opinions, right? It should go without saying that all products and businesses have their respective strengths and weaknesses. We're often asked to give our honest opinion or experience with a particular brand or product. Sometimes we don't have positive news to report, but we try be fair while offering valuable perspective. As a consumer, you should be careful to strategize before making any purchase and asking a pro precise questions is a great way to start!
Wal*Mart has its own niche and has amassed quite an empire by honoring their "money-saving" guarantee. But should ultra-low price always be the most important purchasing criteria? Not usually.
Getting the most out of your dollar is important no matter what your income. At Queen Vacuum, we personally are very frugal; re-using, recycling and repairing everything possible so as not to waste and we advise our customers accordingly! We see first-hand how poorly cheap vacuums operate, how hard they are to maintain and how quickly they fail. Thus, we teach how important it is to buy quality cleaning products and/or machines that do exactly what you need them to, no more, no less. We have learned from vast experience that higher quality products almost always perform better, last longer and save tons of money in the long run. Will the cost be a little more up-front? Usually. But boy, it is worth it!
We've also learned that just because something looks cool on TV or is reeeeeally expensive doesn't always mean it's the best. BTW - we are happy to help you weed through all the silly advertising claims out there. See, we know vacuums. And you should know by now that we highly favor Miele brand vacuums (for more reasons than we have time to convey now.) They are super-premium machines yet nowhere near the cost of their direct competition! In fact, they are nowhere as "expensive" as most folks would guess, period. Plus we offer our customers the best price every day and throw in extra-valuable freebies as thanks for your loyalty. Miele's are simply a great value in our book, which why we sell them, personally own them at home and use them as service-machines in our repair bay!

So what should you buy at WalMart? Mac & Cheese? Nah, that's not very healthy. Dish Soap or cleaners? Wait no...you can buy nice, safer versions of that here at our shop. Diapers, paper towels or maybe a bedspread for your dorm room - yeah, that's the ticket. Whatever you do, DON'T buy your vacuum there...it won't end well for you! It may appear like there's a large selection. But trust us, it's all the same poorly-performing bagless junk. Even if there were a gem to be found, there's no knowledgeable staff to help you sort through the "rif-raff."
See, this is NOT slander...Our job is simply to educate our customers, guide them to make wise purchases that truly meet their needs. Get your priorities in order, don't buy on impulse and consult experts like us to make sure you get the correct vacuum. So come enjoy a relaxing, no-pressure, educating shopping experience with like-minded folks who care. We're here to truly help you, before, during and after your purchase! But if for some reason we don't have what you're looking for, then you're probably looking for the wrong thing. (Wink!)
