The NEW YEAR is HERE!!! How'd that happen?? Although not the most imaginative concept, it does seem fitting to present you a Queen Vacuum "year in review." Not only do we have a few horns to toot, but there are some important and exciting changes we've made to our stores that we think you should be aware of!
So let's take an abbreviated stroll through 2013, hit on the highlights, then give you the forecast for 2014:

January
Our Red Bank store hit the big 1-0! Ten years passed since John and Rachel Decker took over "Graman's Vacuum" and breathed a whole new life into this incredible, historic business! Visit our "Business History" page to learn more.
We also brought in the brand NEW Miele S8 premium canister vacuum lineup! Available in BOTH Queen Vac locations. (Click image above to "test drive" one)
February Ok, I don't really remember when we started - but in early 2013 we joined the ranks on Pinterest! Check out our 3 fun boards "Queen's Cleaning Tips," "Vacuums Suck" and "Sew What." May - We created our Newsletter Articles Archive! Several years
 worth of helpful tips and humorous anecdotes have a nice place to spend their retirement. Check it out to see what you've missed!

We also added MOSO Natural charcoal odor-absorbing products to our lineup.
June - Our Neptune City store celebrates it's Second Anniversary and is doing great!
- We created our Queen Vacuum Mobile App for our busy customers on the go!
- For the second year in a row - Miele earned JD Power & Associates awards for "Highest Customer Satisfaction" for both their upright and canistervacuum cleaners!
August  To facilitate the sale of some slow-moving products, or ones that need a broader audience - we joined the ranks of Ebay!
 September After 10 years, our Red Bank store is finally crowned with her real name and beautiful new "Queen Vacuum" Sign!
October Also added to our repertoire are TWO more vacuum brands, authorizing us for Sales, Service and Warranty! Welcome Panasonic and Oreck! 
November
Queen Vacuum was voted "Dealer of the Month" and featured in the Vacuum/Sewing Dealer Trade Association's (VDTA) national, monthly  publication! (image at right)
December Queen Vacuum closes out on our most SUCK-cessful year ever!! "THANK YOU" to all of our amazing, loyal customers for your patronage (and in many cases)friendship! Thanks as well to our incredible team: John and I (Rachel) - well, we do our best! But Erika
(manager of our Neptune City store location) and Sarah (office/sales assistant to both stores)...You ladies are beyond talented and dedicated - and we love you! We are the luckiest bosses to have you, and our customers are even luckier!

Dealership Terminations
As our stores grow and become more refined in our product lines and services, we've found it necessary to streamline our operations. We suffered through excessive amount of time, labor and capital expense to maintain some dealerships that yielded little to no profit. We apologize for any inconvenience to you.

NOTE: We still have stock of NEW small appliance products for SALE (at deep discounts!) and some basic replacement parts. Some minor repairs on some products are still possible, but we no longer maintain a warranty service contract.
