THANK YOU!!

Delighted or Disgusted?
If you find vacuuming DISGUSTING - there's a problem!

undefined

Poor Lucy - she looks a little frustrated. Maybe she's just not cut out to be a vacuum cleaner saleswoman.  We understand....it's one of those jobs that's not nearly as easy as it looks.  Or is she fed up from fighting with that dreadful vacuum? I guess you'd have to watch the episode to find out...

This brings us to a question:Do you feel DISGUSTED when you vacuum?  If so - that's no good! But let's clarify...By "disgusted" do you mean ANNOYED?  Is your vacuum lacking features or performance that make it work poorly or makes your job unnecessarily difficult? Or are you disgusted as in GROSSED OUT?  Does it spew dust, smell awful or require copious amounts of hand-cleaning to keep it operational? (That covers both scenarios in my book!)   Obviously, this is no way to go through life - and this condition certainly isn't doing your house any good!

Ewwww

The first step to finding a solution to anything is to

be clear about your problems and challenges.
At Queen Vacuum, when helping you pick out a new vacuum we start by reviewing, in great detail, the layout and flooring types in your home. This steers us toward the correct general type of vacuum designed to work for the conditions in your house. Next we'd ask what you hated about your old vacuum! Your preferences are what ultimately help us narrow down to the "perfect" model of vacuum cleaner that you are sure to love.

We've learned a lot from the customers who visit us out of frustration - whether they're in for a repair or seeking something new. All-too-often a customer has simply picked out the wrong vacuum for their house.  That model might have been "awesome" for her sister's ranch house with hardwood floors, but is "awful" for her own carpeted colonial.  Other folks might have fared better by picking a vacuum that's correctly equipped, but is in a format that's frustrating. A bagless model might be too much work for a busy mom to keep clean and working well. A bagged upright style might be great for her pets and carpets, but be too hard to push with her bad shoulder.

So if you're disgusted with vacuuming, before coming in for a repair or seeking a new vacuum, ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS:
that you can review or fill out and bring in! (features a COUPON!)

What is it that bothers you about your vacuum? (below are some examples)

-           It doesn't do a good job picking up dog hair

-           It's messy to empty the dirt bin or clean the filters

-           It's too heavy, loud, clumsy, etc.

What do you like about your vacuum? (below are some examples)

-          Has great suction

-          It has tools to dust with

What could make your experience easier?

-          If it were able to vacuum hard floors as well

-          If it didn't break belts all of the time

-          If the hose were longer

-          If it would fit on the stairs

If you take a moment to think about these things, it helps us figure out which is the perfect vacuum for your home and preferences (OR how to make the most of the vacuum you already have!)

Vacuuming SHOULD be easy - DELIGHTFUL, even! The results should be impeccable. And YES, we specialize in vacuums that can achieve this! We also specialize in showing you how to use your new (or old) vacuum correctly to reach maximum cleaning effectiveness! The trick is picking the right model from the get-go.

So, leave the vacuum sales to us...your job of taking care of your home is hard enough! Let us help set you up with the right tools (that is, vacuum) and techniques to make it easier!
