The BIG 1-0! Where'd the time go?
Can you believe this year is Queen Vacuum's 10th Anniversary?

Next year will mark the 60th anniversary of our little vacuum store's inception, here on Monmouth Street in Red Bank. Named after its founders, Graman's Vacuum & Appliance Parts Co. began as a quaint, family owned and operated business. Well guess what - A solid DECADE has passed since "Uncle Gene" Graman retired and we, John and Rachel Decker (newlyweds at the time), took over this beloved fixture in Red Bank! Even though the owners and business name are different now, not much has changed! Or has it?!
We legally changed the store's name to "Queen Vacuum & Sewing Machine Co., LLC" right away, but so as not to lose/confuse our loyal customer base we kept the "Graman's" name is sight for as long as possible. The last remaining vestige is on the top of our building! However, by order of the town, even that must be replaced with the "Queen Vacuum" logo this spring.  Appreciators of the past, but not slaves to it - we couldn't help but infuse some fresh ideas and passion into our new, old-fashioned business! So since we took over, we've done some simple (yet vitally important) things to improve our store and serve you better!

- A Facebook page for tips and updates
- This NEWSLETTER to keep you informed and passionate about cleaning!
We've worked really hard (and had a lot of fun) turning this store into the the exciting little hub of vacuum and cleaning expertise. So here's a question - are you UTILIZING all the products services we have to offer? Are your friends and family? And if there's anything else we could be doing to be more helpful - PLEASE let us know!
Most importantly, we want to acknowledge the thousands of wonderful, loyal customers that have patronized Graman's Vacuum & Appliance/Queen Vacuum - especially over the past 10 years! Some of you began as customers of Uncle Gene and his family (or perhaps you were in-tow during those times as a young child.) Some of you came in only recently when your vacuum broke down under warranty, or perhaps you passed us on the way to a show at Count Basie Theatre. And we are enjoying getting to know those of you "adopted" customers down in our Neptune City store! Regardless of when or why you came to see us, you are our customer for life and we THANK YOU for putting your faith in us to let us serve you!
