"I find it ironic that you generalize against all Bagless Vacuums in this video. Not all bagless vacuums are a hassle or are messy to clean! The Multi Cyclonic vacuums, like the Dyson vacuums, are far easier to clean & care for than filtered bagless vacuums, such as the Dirt Devil shown. I have a Bissell Healthy Home, as well as a Fantom Lightning, & I don't have the hassles with those Multi-Cyclonic vacs, that you show here. Oh ya, thats right, you benefit from selling bagged vacuums & bags :(  "

"Speaking from experience as professional, dealer-authorized vacuum repair technicians, we by all means have the right to make a generalization about the "hassle" of maintaining bagless vacuums, versus bagged.

Furthermore, your comment about how we benefit from selling bagged vacuums and bagged, is somewhat misguided. If you take time to learn about our company, you will see that we are an authorized seller for over a dozen major, mainstream vacuum and small appliance brands.  By all means, we make a living by repairing, as well as selling vacuums cleaners, accessories.  Again, from our extensive experience, we find that bagless vacuums are the most prone to clogs, are more time-consuming and difficult to clean/maintain. Furthermore, most consumers either are not aware of - or refuse to perform - the required maintenance on their bagless vacuum to keep it running correctly.

We can sell whatever model vacuums we choose. It would behoove us to sell products in which our manufacturers have spent millions in television and print advertising, regardless of these products' level of quality or performance.  Look around, it's bagless as far as the eyes can see!  However, we choose instead to sell products that have the least incidence of failure, breakage and lifetime maintenance costs. We specialize in vacs that give our customers the highest level of satisfaction and value for their money, not the ones that necessarily make us the most money in the long run. We would sell infinitely more machines if we sold only bagless, as they would be replaced more often. And HEPA filter replacements for bagless vacuums cost more annually than bags. In the long run, we "benefit" from serving our customers well and making them happy, so that they come back for all their needs and tell their friends. With that being achieved, our bills get paid!  

So although we are honored that you took the time to watch and to comment, we respectfully disagree with your negative inference."
