Still and always

Greetings!

Keeler Daffodils: This year, I planted hundreds.

"I WANDERED lonely as a cloud

That floats on high o'er vales and hill

Beside the lake, beneath the trees,

Fluttering and dancing in the breeze."

William Wordsworth

At this time last year, I shared with you my (now 90-year-old) father's favorite William Wordsworth poem: "The Daffodils, or I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud." I received a veritable treasure trove of responses, which I joyfully shared with my father. So, it's Wordsworth, daffodils and another rememberance of the "Greatest Generation" again this year.

Entitled Giving Thanks, this remembrance fits this season of charity and reflection. I hope you will take a still-moment to read it and enjoy the daffodils.

Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year.
