USA welcomes new administrative staff member Lindsey Caruso
Lindsey Caruso is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a current doctoral candidate in Urban Studies at Tulane University, where she teaches undergraduate courses in urban history and studies social issues in post-Hurricane Katrina New Orleans. Prior to returning to graduate school, she spent several years in Baltimore as a Program Associate at Open Society Foundations where she managed and oversaw a portfolio of national grantees on a $10 million dollar public health initiative. She brings a wealth of experience in research, writing, and non-profit management. She is a graduate of Vassar College where she was awarded several fellowships and graduated with distinction in Urban Studies. Welcome on board Lindsey!

March 3, 2014 - To All Electrolux Authorized Service Providers
In an attempt to enhance the claims handling experience for the authorized Service Providers and remain the most preferred manufacturer of the local Independent Appliance Service Providers, Electrolux Major Appliance (EMA) is announcing a new warranty claims handling process. Starting March 28th 2014, Electrolux will no longer use Service Bench for claims processing, and will begin using Service Power to process all claims. Read More
