USA Regional Service Meetings Wrap
750 Independent Service Professionals Trained
|  The 2012 USA Regional Service Meeting program has come to a close with 750 Independent Service Professionals attending in 15 cities across North America. "The RSM program was an overwhelming success" said Lance Kimball, USA president. "I'd like to thank our national sponsors Mr. Appliance, NEW and Lowes and parts distributors AP Depot, WL May, Reliable Parts, Inc. (US), Reliable Parts, LTD (Canada), 1st Source Servall and Trible's. Their support made the RSM events possible and affordable and a great value for the industry.
A special thank you to the manufacturers Whirlpool, Bosch, Dacor, Electrolux and Scotsman who sent factory trainers and products to each event giving technicians hands-on training on recent models and diagnostic techniques." said Kimball. "I'd also like to thank the 750 attendees and new members of USA. Make sure you take advantage of your free first year USA membership including access to ChatUSA and the USA Service Library." said Kimball.
Planning for the 2013 Regional meetings is underway. If you'd like to see an event held in your city, ask your parts distributor to host one.
