For years I read the discussions on the appliance repair boards about flat rate pricing. Every time the subject came up, I came down squarely on the time and materials side of the argument. Salt lake City RSm The 2012 USA Regional Service Meeting program has come to a close with 750 Independent Service Professionals attending in 15 cities across North America. "The RSM program was an overwhelming success" said Lance Kimball, USA president. "I'd like to thank our national sponsors Mr. Appliance, NEW and Lowes and parts distributors AP Depot, WL May, Reliable Parts, Inc. (US), Reliable Parts, LTD (Canada), 1st Source Servall and Trible's.  Their support made the RSM events possible and affordable and a great value for the industry.
